The project entails the furnishing of all labor and materials necessary to construct the improvements as described in the construction plans and specifications. The project will provide a complete and functional conversion of overhead utilities to an underground location and/or installation of new infrastructure improvements. Contractor will be responsible for the coordination with the franchise utility owners (I.E. - Florida Power and Light, AT&T and Comcast) for all work performed directly by these utility owners.
