**As of November 11, 2025, the project was awarded to Expert Building Services but the awarded amount is not available.** You are invited to bid on the General Construction contract for EPF# 229309, Lakeland Park Parking Renovation Project located in the Village of Cazenovia, New York. Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Bidding and Contract Documents and must be accompanied by references of similar projects. Bidders must have a minimum of 5 years successful experience in completion of similar projects for State, National or locally registered landmarks. A bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Bank cashier/Teller/Treasurer s Check payable to the Village of Cazenovia in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount must accompany each proposal as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Bond each for 100% of the amount of the Contract. The completion date for this project is December 15, 2027. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 45 days after the actual date of opening thereof, but may withdraw it at any time prior to the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. Funding for this project comes in part through an Environmental Protection Fund grant administered by the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP). Under Article 15A, Executive Law, the State of New York is committed to providing Minority and Women Owned Business (MWBE) equal opportunity to participate in government contracts. Flexible pavements within the Village of Cazenovia public right-of-way shall be in accordance with all current applicable municipal requirements, standards and specifications including materials, testing and execution. 3. Flexible pavements within the New York State Department of Transportation public right-of-way shall be in accordance with all current applicable NYSDOT requirements, standards and specifications including materials, testing and execution. 4.
