**As of December 08, 2025, , the project was awarded to River Rock Dock but the awarded amount is not available.** You are invited to bid on the General Construction contract for the Lakeland Park Cofferdam Project located in the Village of Cazenovia, New York. Each bid must be prepared and submitted according to the Bidding and Contract Documents and include references for similar projects. Bidders must have at least 5 years of successful experience completing projects for State, National, or locally registered landmarks. Each proposal must include a bid security equal to 10% of the total bid amount as a bid bond or certified check. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Bond for 100% of the contract amount. Bidders must make a Good Faith Effort to utilize Minority and Women Owned Businesses (MWBE) and furnish participation reports of subcontractors and suppliers. All bidders are subject to prevailing wage and equal employment opportunity requirements, as well as other applicable federal and state regulations. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Bond each for 100% of the amount of the Contract. The completion date for this project is December 15, 2027. This project is funded in part by a grant from the NYS Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation through Title 9 of the Environmental Protection Act of 1993.
