A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** owa State University of Science and Technology (ISU) is soliciting information from qualified contractors to remove the condensing units and evaporator coils on the existing UVU-10 and AHU-13 units in Beyer Hall and replace with chilled water coils. Contractors should read all materials carefully and note the due date. Contractors must submit all questions in the "Questions" tab related to this bid opportunity. Question Deadline 10/24/2025 at 2:00 PM CT ***Prebid meeting: No verbal statements by ISU or its representatives at this meeting will be binding. ISU will post all changes and material clarifications in the form of an addenda after the meeting. Contractors are strongly encouraged to attend the preproposal meeting. Failure to attend or have representation at the meeting will not result in the Contractor or individual being ineligible to participate in the competitive process.
