Vendors have been approved to perform work on Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) projects pursuant to 19-RFPQ-1653309857-GSX. The North Carolina Department of Public Safety (DPS), Division of Emergency Management (NCEM) is seeking bids from those prequalified Vendors to provide services as described in the attached Scope of Work in this Request for Bid (RFB).
