Work includes furnishing all the labor, materials, and equipment for construction of a split faced block building; excavation; backfilling; grading; site and building concrete work; architectural work; masonry block construction; process piping; mechanical and electrical equipment; electrical power upgrades; valves, meters, hydrants, & appurtenances; liquid chlorine equipment; submersible well pumps; well pitless units; water well inspections and improvements at both wells; backup generator; piping; installation of 3” & 4” PVC piping; gravel surfacing; grass seeding; erosion control; well piping and electrical improvements; and all other incidental and appurtenant work required to complete the improvements as shown and specified. Alternate No. 1: Electrical Equipment upgrade at Well 3. Work includes furnishing all the labor, materials, and equipment for upgrading the electrical equipment at the existing well 3 well house.
