Site work and new construction of a residential development in Hays, Kansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade residential development.
Sealed bids are invited for the construction of Tallgrass 4th Addition Development - COH #2022-31. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid. Successful bidders must furnish a Contract Bond and a Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract. Bidders can obtain contract documents by contacting the consulting engineer. The City reserves the right to reject or accept any and all bids/proposals, waive irregularities or formalities, and accept the most responsive bids that best suit the City. No bid may be withdrawn for forty-five (45) days after the bid opening without written consent from the City. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
