A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The City of Hays is requesting proposals from companies for new playground equipment at Massey Park. Minimum Specifications and Scope of Project :- The non-specific nature (limited specifications) of this RFP was intentional so that experts in the field can be creative and incorporate the newest playground trends into the proposals. The proposals shall include all materials, equipment and installation supervisor labor for the installation of the play equipment in accordance with the terms of this RFP. Examples of things to include in the proposal are rubber chip fall zone materials, play equipment, labor/travel expenses for install supervisor, plastic border materials, entrance ramp(s), etc. Please note that the City of Hays will provide all equipment and up to six (6) fulltime employees to assist the installation supervisor.
