Renovation of a municipal facility in Hays, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project consists of installing a new metal stud framing and new EIFS system in front of the existing precast panels at the 2nd floor. All work required to be completed on the exterior. Project requires protecting existing conditions so owner can occupy space during construction. Lump sum for General Contract Work, including all patching and miscellaneous construction, required miscellaneous Plumbing, Electrical / Mechanical Work. Bid Security will be required in the amount of 5% in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bonds will be required in accordance with the Supplementary Conditio
