The City of Hays requests written proposals for construction engineering services related to the construction of water/sewer extensions, abutting street/intersection improvements, and internal infrastructure enhancements on a City-owned 90-acre greenfield site adjacent to Exit 161 in Hays, KS. Sealed bids must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond for at least 5% of the total bid amount, payable to the City of Hays. The City reserves the right to reject or accept any and all proposals, to waive irregularities, and to select the proposal most responsive and best suited to its needs. No bid may be withdrawn for 45 days following the opening of bids without written consent from the City.
