Renovation of a municipal facility in Hays, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project consists of the upgrading of existing elevator controls to a secure, controlled access calling system. Interior finishes of the cab will be upgraded and new elevator equipment will be moved to a room near the existing elevator shaft. MEP shall be installed to accommodate new electrical and HVAC requirements in the equipment room. Miscellaneous code improvements with gypsum board will be performed. Lump sum for General Contract Work, including all patching and miscellaneous construction and required Plumbing, Electrical / Mechanical Work. Compact Disc (CD) Copies of Drawings and Specifications can be purchased for a non-refundable fee of $15 from the Architect.
