The City of Hays invites written proposals to provide Engineering Services related to the design of water system improvement in Hays, KS. Sealed bids are to be received at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, until 3:00 P.M., Prevailing Time December 16, 2025, for the 2026 Waterline Improvements Design Engineering Services, COH Project No. 2026-01. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check, a certified check, or a bid bond payable to the City of Hays, Kansas, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. City of Hays reserves the right to reject or accept any and all bids/proposals, to waive any irregularities in such bids/proposals, and to accept those bids/proposals that are the most responsive and best suit the City of Hays. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 45 days subsequent to the opening of bids without the written consent of the City of Hays, Kansas.
