Gas Unit Heaters All bidders are encouraged to be present for the proposal opening. Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked on the outside stating ''RFP - 2025 - Cold Storage Unit Heaters''. Proposals received after the deadline will be returned to the sender unopened. Ellis County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive all informalities and irregularities in the bidding process. QA date - 14 August 2025 Respondents are encouraged to review this entire RFP document. All questions regarding the RFP must be in writing and sent to the County via email to bmackay@ellisco.net. Questions must be received at least 96 hours prior to bid opening
