Project consists of new theatrical lighting system and controls. Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes. *An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free. All listed fees are before applicable taxes. The theatrical lighting system at Millard South High School consists of a dimming system that is several generations out of date and various ages of incandescent theatrical lighting fixtures and all are in need of replacement. The project includes removal of the end of life equipment and replacement with new, modern theatrical equipment including LED theatrical lighting. B. Work under this contract includes all material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, utility and transportation services, and all incidental items necessary to perform and complete, in a workmanlike manner, the work required for the construction of the Millard South High School Theatrical Lighting Upgrade. C. Work in the facility shall be allowed at all hours during summer break. However, the contractor must provide, at all times, for clear exit paths, proper lighting, and fire/smoke protection (subject to approval of all authorities having jurisdiction) and protection against any and all fumes and odors caused by construction activities. The contractor shall halt or modify any activities the Owner determines to be disruptive in any manner to their continued use of the building Any questions regarding the meaning of any portion of the contract documents shall be submitted to the Architect/Engineer for interpretation. Addenda or supplemental information will publish definitive interpretations or clarification. Verbal interpretation not issued by addendum or supplemental information shall not be considered part of the contract documents. B. The Architect/Engineer shall be the sole judge of interpretations of discrepancies within the contract documents. Furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment and services for all Alternates as indicated, in accord with provisions of Contract Documents. B. Completely coordinate with work of all other trades. C. Although such work is not specifically indicated, furnish and install all supplementary or miscellaneous items, appurtenances and devices incidental to or necessary for a sound, secure and complete installation.
