A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at 1pm local time at Blanding City Offices, 50 West 100 South, Blanding Utah 84511. This is a procurement opportunity for Blanding City and responses should be directed to the designated individual/office as stated in the solicitation document. Vendors are responsible for reviewing the entire solicitation to comply with all requirements. The Project includes the following Work: Construct walking trail around Blanding 4 th Reservoir totaling approximately 1.5 miles. Work will include clearing and grubbing of trail alignment (including tree removal), installation of culverts around trail, installation of pedestrian bridge, grading trail, preparing base, and installing Organic-Lock surface material. Bids will be received for single contract.
