This is a Sources Sought Announcement issued to identify qualified small businesses capable of providing highway and/or bridge design and related engineering services under NAICS 541330. The anticipated contracts will be Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) with a maximum value of $60 million over five years, including one base year, four one-year options, and a six-month extension. Services may include geotechnical, hydraulics and hydrology, survey and mapping, traffic and safety engineering, structural engineering, planning/scoping, value engineering, environmental compliance, landscaping, architectural services, and other engineering disciplines. Work may also involve occasional design services such as surveys, plans, cost estimates, and specifications, which must be performed or approved by a licensed professional engineer in the state or territory of the work location. All work will be supervised by a Licensed Professional Engineer and may support Federal Land Management Agencies (FLMA) such as NPS, USFS, FWS, USACE, BLM, etc., across all 50 U.S. states and territories. Location: All 50 United States and U.S. Territories. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
