**As of December,23,2025 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The work to be bid on is the installation of the Highland Avenue Pump Station. The allotted time for construction is 60 calendar days. Bidders must submit separate sealed bids. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities or reject all bids. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the bid submittal date. Copies of the contract documents may be obtained at the issuing office upon payment of $150. Any bidder who returns the contract documents in good condition within 10 days after bid opening will be refunded their payment. Non-bidders will not be refunded. The project is being funded by the Owner. Question Deadline 10/30/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Bidder shall conduct the required Site visit during normal working hours and shall not disturb any ongoing operations at the Site. The site is listed above and can be found on the Drawings.
