Bids are invited for General Contract for the project: THP Harrison Hall Parapet and Roofing Repairs, Middle TN Regional Office, Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee, SBC Project No. 502/002-01-2024. Examine documents at the Designer's office or Plan Rooms. Obtain documents from the Designer per Instructions to Bidders. Plan Deposits must be certified or cashier's check payable to State of Tennessee. Bidders bidding $25,000 or more must be licensed per state law. Five percent (5%) Bid Security may be required. Non-Discrimination policy applies. BRIEF PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Replace building parapets and roofing system. It has been determined that the existing parapet and roof need to be replaced. The parapet will be demolished to the depths shown in the drawings and replaced with new construction that includes appropriate water-proofing details. The roof system will also be replaced due to water infiltration damage; see the Contract Drawings for the extent both items with respect to plan areas and perimeter extents.
