Renovation of an educational facility in Lebanon, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.

The project is expected to be awarded November 13th, 2025.** Sealed bids are requested for the 2025 Re-roofing Project at Joel E Barber School in the Laclede County C-5 District. The work includes removal of the existing membrane down to the existing insulation on roof areas M (locker room hallway), removal and replacement of any wet or damaged insulation, installation of a new 1/2” high density polyiso cover board over the prepared insulation, and installation of a .060 mil TPO roofing and flashing system over the coverboard. The price is to include all new sheet metal associated with the roof, such as gutters, downspouts, counterflashing, and drip edge metal. All existing soffit in these areas will be removed and replaced with new. The roof system must include a manufacturer’s warranty for labor and materials. Bidding contractors must demonstrate their qualifications to obtain a warranty from their manufacturer, including a letter confirming the installer has been installing TPO roofs for at least 10 years. A mandatory site visit is required to bid. Contractors are responsible for installation procedures per manufacturer requirements. Hourly wages as set forth by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations and the prevailing wage law must be complied with. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and waive any informality in the bidding.
