Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Lebanon, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The City of Lebanon is accepting bids from qualified organizations for the construction of a concession building and restrooms at Atchley Park, located at 1805 Lynn St., Lebanon, MO 65536. The bid shall include all material equipment, labor, fuel, and project management required to complete the project. Potential bidders are encouraged to visit the site for inspection, field measurements, and preparation for drawings to allow for the topography of the lot. Work will be performed under the scope of work, schedule for work, and cost based upon rates in agreement. Each firm submitting a bid must have read and understand the bid documents and specifications, and is responsible for verifying all field measurements. The bid must remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days after the scheduled closing date. Bids must be made only on provided forms, properly signed, with all items filled out; unauthorized conditions, limitations, or provisions may result in rejection. All corrections to the proposal form must be made in ink and initialed. The bid packet must include: Part 4 - Work Authorization Affidavit and E-verify, Appendix A - Affidavit of Compliance, Appendix B - List of References and Experience, Appendix C - List of Subcontractors and Major Suppliers, and any addendums. Before the Notice to Proceed is issued, performance and payment bonds, a certificate of insurance naming the City of Lebanon as additional insured, a W-9 (if a new vendor), OSHA 10-hour safety training cards for all employees, and a signed Notice of Award and Contract must be provided. Award will be based on best value, considering the proposed contract amount and bidder qualifications, including experience with similar size/type projects and a record of successful completion. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any bid in whole or in part, and to waive any irregularities or formalities. Price is not the only consideration in selection. Question Deadline 11/07/2025 at 12:00 PM CT - Questions concerning the bid are required to be submitted electronically through the Ion Wave e-bidding portal. The completion date for this project shall be no later than April 3, 2026. A $400.00 per day penalty will be assessed to the supplier if this project is not completed.
