Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Vero Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Vero Beach, Recreation Department, is soliciting bids from vendors and qualified licensed contractors to supply and install one (1) prefabricated lifeguard tower in accordance with the solicitation specifications. The awarded vendor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, for delivery and installation. The tower installation is to be coordinated with the Public Works and Recreation Departments. Tower to be delivered and installed at 3000 Ocean Drive, Vero Beach, Fl, 32963. All inquiries shall be directed to the office of the Manager of Purchasing at (772) 978-5470 or email purchase@covb.org. Question Deadline 11/27/2025 The Bidder must request interpretations or clarifications regarding the Contract Documents and any Specifications received prior to Bid Opening, in writing from the Manager of Purchasing. To be considered, such request must be received at least seven (7) days prior to Bid Opening Work area must be maintained to allow access to all operating equipment in the construction area.
