SCOPE OF WORK: Base Bid: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting to remove and dispose of the existing dock. Alternate #1: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting to place rip rap for shore stabilization per the contract documents. Alternate:#2 Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting to install a new dock per the contract documents. Longshoreman's Insurance is required for this project and must be included in bid price. MINORITY BUSINESS REQUIREMENT: The Department of Environmental Protection supports diversity in its Procurement Program and requests that all sub-contracting opportunities afforded by this bid embrace diversity enthusiastically. The award of sub-contracts should reflect the full diversity of the citizens of the State of Florida.
