Project will be rebid in January 1, 2026.** Fiscal Court Seeks Bids for Cooling Tower Replacement Washington County Fiscal Court is accepting sealed bids for cooling tower replacement. Competitive bids should include the services, materials, and activities required for the removal and replacement of the existing Marley Cooling Tower with an exact drop-in replacement unit, Model AQ495K1GAF.
