Salt Lake County is soliciting proposals from qualified Commissioning Agents to provide Commissioning (Cx), Retro-Commissioning (RCx), and Measurement and Verification Services (M&V) for the Salt Palace Convention Center (SPCC) rebuild/remodel, with a significant portion of the SPCC remaining operational, Abravanel Hall (AH) back of house rebuild, and the Visual Art Building/Utah Museum of Contemporary Art (UMOCA) rebuild. The proposer must ensure all personnel are qualified through licensing, certifications, training, and experience for the tasks assigned, have the necessary insurance coverages, and demonstrate proven performance as a CxA in Utah. References from previous clients over the past three years are required, and the county reserves the right to reject proposals based on references or prior performance.
