Reconnection of 1 existing 2" water service on the south end of the building 4. Removal of existing fire hydrant 5. Saw-cutting and removal of existing asphalt and sidewalk as necessary for installation 6. Reconnection of 1 existing 6" service on west side of school 7. Includes disinfection, flushing, and bacteriological testing 8. Disposal of existing water main and all excess spoils offsite 9. Clean all surface areas after completion 10. All paved areas to be backfilled with clean rock ALTERNATE: SITE REPAIRS 1. Asphalt patching or repairs 2. Sidewalk replacement 3. Seed and mulch of all disturbed areas The Maintenance Department seeks sealed bids for a water main replacement at Zitzman Elementary, located at 255 S Indian Pride Drive, Pacific, MO. Specifications are available on the district website. All workers on the project must be paid not less than the prevailing hourly wage rates as determined by the State of Missouri and the Division of Labor Standards. Sealed bids, clearly printed with the project name, must be submitted by 1:30pm CST on November 11, 2025, to Meramec Valley R-III School District, 126 N Payne Street, Pacific, MO 63069, where they will be publicly opened. Not less than the prevailing hourly wage rates, as determined by the State of Missouri and the Division of Labor Standards, shall be paid all workers employed on this project.
