Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Pacific, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Skatepark features will be constructed from a combination of cast-in-place concrete flatwork, walls, ledges, and ramps; shaped shotcrete; concrete finished for skate park use with multiple colors; and metal fabrications including concrete reinforcement, railings, edging, and copings. The cost of the Skatepark contractor scope of work indicated in this RFP, is anticipated to be approximately $375,000 to $400,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
