Sealed proposals will be received for professional engineering services for the retrofit of Lift Stations 1, 3, 4, 5, and 10 in Coastal Panacea. Proposals received after the stated deadline will be returned unopened. The County may award a contract based only on the base bid or the base bid plus any selected alternates. Quantities may be increased or decreased as necessary to meet County needs at the bid unit price.
