Renovation of an educational facility in Prairieville, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
**As of December 4, 2025 , this project has not yet been awarded. Not until the middle of January. It has to go to our board for approval. Sealed bids will be received for renovations at Galvez Primary located at 16093 Henderson Bayou Road, Prairieville, Louisiana. A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the school site. No bids will be accepted from contractors who do not attend and sign-in at the Pre-Bid Conference. Question Deadline 11/11/2025: Bidders and Subbidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request to the Architect to reach him at least seven (7) working days, exclusive of weekends and holidays, prior to the date for receipt of Bids. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
