Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Prairieville, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
SCOPE OF WORK: Materials & labor for the construction of Pre-Engineered Metal Building Roof only Pavillion at Oak Grove Community Park on Existing Beach Volleyball Court. 40 X 60 X 12 W/ 3/12 Pitch 24 Guage Standing Seam Roof - Color (Forest Green) Red Iron l Beam building (engineered) 6 X 6 gutters and downspouts around structure (24 gauge). 4000 psi concrete w/ 6" slab also include footings (16" x 24") (28" x 28" under columns) Demolition of Beach volleyball pit and nets and dispose of. Dirt work and prep included, any needed fill needs to be included in quote. Concrete to be 40' Wide X 60' Long. Electrical Package to Include: QTY: 8- Overhead outdoor lights on Qty 2- Switches 15K Lumen minimum. QTY: 6-30" Oscillating Wall Mount Fan on 6 Switches (10,000 CFM minimum). All electrical items are to be terminated in a junction box 1' above slab at the southeastern corner of the pavilion (nearest restroom side) Service to pavilion will be added at a later date to the junction box from others Upon completion, please provide generator to show all electrical systems (fans, lights and switches) work accordingly for substantial completion.
