The project team, architect, and Procurement Office will reevaluate the project requirements and determine the appropriate course of action before issuing any subsequent solicitation. The Maximum Allowable Construction Cost (MACC) for this project is $5,200,000.00 before NM Gross Receipt Taxes. The Contractor is to complete the construction/renovation of the exterior of the existing four-story courthouse building located at 102 N Canal Street, Carlsbad, NM 88220. The building is currently occupied on an existing site and will include selective demolition, dismantling, removal, and restoration of exterior finish systems, exterior wood, roof components, windows, and doors. The Maximum Allowable Construction Cost (MACC) for this project is $5,200,000.00 before NM Gross Receipt Taxes.
