Item to be supplied: 90-foot steel pole, minimum 0645 ft-kips capacity at ground line (class H7 equivalent), hot-dipped galvanized in accordance with ASTM A123. Details and drilling must comply with the latest version of NES specification LSK-1230. Only approved manufacturers and part numbers listed will be accepted. Alternate brands are not considered for this inquiry. Earliest delivery should be stated in calendar days. Delivery may impact bid awarding. Deliveries of steel poles are accepted only Tuesday-Friday; no Monday deliveries. Only two-section poles are accepted, and both sections must arrive on the same truck. Loads containing multiple pole sizes require special approval and a loading diagram. Each layer of poles on a trailer must be individually strapped. Prices quoted must remain open for acceptance through the specified date. Bids must be submitted via the Vendor Web Portal and received by the specified deadline. Bidders must underline the brand being quoted. In case of any discrepancy between ordering description and part number, vendors must contact the buyer before the opening date.
