The item required is 83 units of a 45 FT. CLASS 2, treated wood pole, which must be either (A) Southern Pine in accordance with NES Specification 33-151R13 or (B) Douglas Fir in accordance with NES Specification 33-252R10. All poles must be roofed and gained as specified in NES Drawing 910. Poles are for shipment to various yards in Nashville, TN, as released by the purchaser and must be delivered via truck freight. The vendor must provide all necessary equipment and an operator required to unload poles at NES pole yards. NES will accept delivery Monday through Friday from 6:30AM to 2:30PM CST. Poles shall be inspected by a company indicated on the purchase order. Bidders are instructed to state their earliest delivery in calendar days, and delivery time may affect award of the bid. The bid must be submitted through the Bid Center and received by 2:00 pm local time on the published close date.
