Compliance with the Davis Bacon Act is mandatory if the total project cost exceeds $10,000,000. All work shall be performed, and all construction and materials used and furnished shall be in accordance with the Plans and Specifications prepared by Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC. Each bidder shall accompany the bid with a certified or cashier’s check, or a bidder’s bond, in the amount of five percent of the amount bid as a guarantee of ability to perform the contract and enter into a written contract to perform said work and/or furnish said materials as required. Construction, Maintenance and Statutory Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price are required and must be obtained from a Corporate Surety licensed in Oklahoma and approved by the Owner and Consulting Engineer. The proposal must include the name and address of the Surety or Sureties. The Maintenance Bond will guarantee the repair of all damage due to improper materials or workmanship for one year after acceptance of the work by the Owner. Bids must be accompanied by a sworn statement that the bidder has not entered into any agreement with any other bidder concerning bid price, limiting of bids or bidders, or profit sharing.
