Reference Number 0000302990 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/11/04 11:59:00 PM MST The City is seeking proposals for the Supply and Delivery of Garbage and Organics Collection Carts for automated collection. The Supplier will supply and deliver Type B or Type G automated collection carts for the City's residential garbage and organics programs. This includes an initial supply and delivery of: Approximately 24,500 black garbage carts (120 L/32 gal) to residential homes An additional 1,000 black carts to the City's Recycle Depot after residential delivery. 1,000 green organics carts (240L/64 gal) to the City's Recycle Depot. For up to thirty (30) days after delivery, the Supplier will resolve any delivery issues (e.g. missed, duplicate, damaged, or soiled cart) within two (2) business days of notice from the City. In each subsequent year, the Supplier will supply and deliver approximately 1,000 black carts (120 L) and 1,000 organics carts (240 L), each with lids installed, to the City's Recycle Depot. The carts shall conform to industry best practices for design, quality, and workmanship. Carts shall meet the City's mandatory requirements at a minimum and ideally other specifications further defined in Appendix D - Cart Specifications.
