Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Mount Morris, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a 960-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.

Work includes the construction of a 40’x24’ pavilion and installation of a 4” reinforced concrete slab with an area of 1872 square feet, along with all necessary appurtenances. Each proposal must include a certified check or bidder's bond equal to 5% of the bid, payable to Mt Morris Consolidated Schools, as security for contract acceptance. The board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive informalities or errors in the bidding process, and accept any bid deemed in the best interest of the school district, not necessarily the lowest. Priority will be given to contractors familiar with the city’s infrastructure and park system, experienced with the city’s standards and district process, and local to the Greater Genessee County Region. Contractors and subcontractors must comply with relevant civil rights acts and non-discrimination requirements in all contracts.
