Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Hurricane, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade warehouse / distribution facility.
Replace 2 swamp coolers with roof top units. Remove existing unit heaters and return to DNR. Connect new roof top units to onsite propane and electrical power. Upgrade structure as required with roof curbs for new roof top units. All project related requests for information, clarifications, and questions must be submitted via the specified website. All addenda issued will become part of the solicitation and any changes or additional requirements shall be incorporated into the contractor's proposal and/or bid. Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I prequalification for contractors and are currently on the respective prequalified contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project. Contractors not prequalified through the Stage I request for statement of qualifications process are not eligible to bid on this project. All prime contractors wishing to bid must attend and sign in at the mandatory meeting. Contractors not in attendance at this meeting are ineligible to bid on this project.
