Description

Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Toledo, Illinois. Working plans call for site work for a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.

As of November 5, 2025, this project is currently on hold. Project will rebid but no definite date yet. Accepting sealed bids for the Toledo Square Decorative Lighting. The bid shall include: 12 Sternberg Lighting (Baltimore) Decorative lights at specified location with receptacles and photoeyes; 12 drilled foundations (per IDOT specification); Underground conduit (minimum 1" PVC); XLP-Type USE conductors in underground conduit (per IDOT specifications); Break away fuse holders in each of 12 lights with 10 amp fuses (per IDOT specifications); Surge protectors in each light (per IDOT specifications); Remove and replace existing H-Structure; Removal of spoils from site; Provide and install flag pole light and foundation (underground/flush), includes conduit and conductors, photo eye to be located at new H-Structure; Provide and install new outdoor electrical panelboard on new H-Structure; Anchors by JH Botts (LC15 certification included); Rebar in drilled shaft foundations to IDOT specifications. All bids must be received by the specified deadline and marked appropriately.
