Renovation of a municipal facility in Benton, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.

Scope of Work: o Cut Out and Remove 135' of Bridging Membrane, Apply New Epdm Membrane With Bonding Adhesive, Terminate to Existing Roof Membrane With Seam Tape, and Apply Epdm Flashing to Manufacturers Specification. o Remove 70' of Edge Metal and Clean 70' of Deteriorating Membrane. Prime Area and Apply New Epdm Flashing Over Roof Edge and Reinstall Edge Metal. o Clean All Coping Laps, Apply New Urethane Caulk and New Fasteners With Neoprene Washers. o Remove 2 Areas of Damaged/deteriorated Corner Flashing at Walls. Prime Areas and Apply New Membrane and Epdm Patches to Manufacture Specifications. o Remove Failing Flashing at 32 Pipe Penetrations. Install New Epdm Membrane at 32 Pipe Penetrations and Apply New Epdm Flashing to Manufacturers Specifications. o Remove and Clean 180 Curb and Rail Corners. Apply New Epdm Flashing to Manufacturers Specifications to All Curb and Rail Corners. o Remove Debris and Vegetation From the Roof. o Remove Gooseneck Lid and Apply New Epdm Flashing to LINE Set Entrance to Divert Water Away From Opening. Reapply Lid With New Fasteners With Neoprene Washers. Remove Membrane From 3 Curbs, Clean Areas, Apple New Epdm Membrane With Bonding Adhesive, and Terminate With Epdm Flashing to Manufacturers Specification. o Clean and Remove All Deteriorated Sealant From 5 Pitch Pockets. Apply New Pourable Sealer to 5 Pitch Pockets. o Remove All Deteriorated Sealant and Clean 30' of Termination Bar. Apply New Urethane Caulk to All Termination Metal at Front Walls. o Remove 10' of Deteriorated Sealant From Brick Wall Expansion Joint. Clean Masonry and Apply New Urethane Caulk. o Remove Deteriorated Sealant From Both Dryer Vent Penetrations. Apply New Urethane Caulk to 2 Dryer Vent Penetrations. Section 2: o Remove Failing Flashing at 5 Pipe Penetrations. Install New Epdm Membrane at 5 Pipe Penetrations and Apply New Epdm Flashing to Manufacturers Specifications. o Replace 14 Deteriorated and Failing Wood Blocking. Install New Weather Treated Wood Blocking With Slip Sheets. Remove Debris and Vegetation From the Roof. o Cut Out and Remove 132' of Bridging Membrane, Apply New Epdm Membrane With Bonding Adhesive, Terminate to Existing Roof Membrane With Seam Tape, and Apply Epdm Flashing to Manufacturers Specification. o Clean Deteriorated Sealant at All Gutter Laps and Drops for Downspouts and Apply New Urethane Caulk. o Remove and Clean 48 Curbs Corners. Apply New Epdm Flashing to Manufacturers Specifications to All Curb and Rail Corners. o Remove 100' Edge Metal, Apply New Epdm Flashing to Manufacturers Specification, and Reinstall Edge Metal. o Remove and Clean All Deteriorated Sealant From Termination Bar at Transition. Apply New Urethane Caulk to Termination Metal. Section 3: o Remove and Clean 68 Curbs Corners. Apply New Epdm Flashing to Manufacturers Specifications to All Curb and Rail Corners. o Replace 22 Deteriorated and Failing Wood Blocking. Install New Weather Treated Wood Blocking With Slip Sheets. o Remove and Clean All Deteriorated Sealant From All Pipe Penetrations. Apply New Urethane Caulk. o Clean All Gutter Laps and Apply New Urethane Caulk. o Remove Debris and Vegetation From the Roof.
