Site work for a road / highway in Benton, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Tearing out old concrete pad, unbolting packer unit pouring a 55x12 concrete pad, bolting packer unit back installing a 12" drain. Grading and gravel of site. The current pad is broken and will need to be torn out and hauled off, the packer unit can be stored on site or off site & secured. The new pad will need a 4" gravel base and will be 55 ft long and 12ft wide. The concrete pad will be 6" thick 4000PSI concrete with wire & fiber. Pad will need to be no more than 2 inches higher than finish grade after gravel is spread. A 12" drain will need to be installed across the driveway to divert the extra water run off. The County reserves the right to accept and or reject any or all bids or bidders, in part or whole based on the County's evaluation of what is in the best interest of the County.
