Scope of Work includes paving and appurtenances to serve Sienna Springs Way Phase 2 for Sienna Management District, Fort Bend County, Texas. Instructions to bidders: - Sealed Bids will be received electronically or at the office of LJA Engineering, Inc. - Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid bond or a certified or cashier's check in an amount not less than two percent (2%) of the total amount Bid. - The successful bidder must execute the Contract Documents, Bonds, and provide required insurance certificates within seven (7) days after receiving the Contract Documents. - If a certified or cashier's check is used, the original must be delivered within one (1) business day of the bid opening. - Bidding documents may be examined or obtained for a fee at LJA Engineering, Inc. or online at https://bids.lja.com by registering and paying the required amount. - Electronic Bids and Bid Securities must comply with Owner's Electronic Bidding Rules and be submitted through the same website. - By submitting a Bid, the bidder agrees that Contract Documents may be executed using Electronic Signature in accordance with the Owner's Rules. - The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive defects and irregularities except the submission time. - The successful bidder will be the one most advantageous to the District, providing the best and most economical completion of the Project. - Compliance with Subchapter J, Chapter 552, Government Code is required, and failure to comply may result in contract termination.
