Extent of Work Removal and demolition of selected items from selected areas of the building as indicated on the Drawings; items to be removed include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Limited brick masonry parapet removals. 2. Parapet coping stones where indicated. 3. Roofing systems on all roofs, including insulation and fill and screed. 4. Metal roofs on all stair bulkheads. 5. Stair bulkhead windows and window frames. 6. Stair bulkhead doors and door frames. 7. Interior ceiling finishes where indicated. 8. Roof fans and ventilators as per mechanical. 9. Roof drains. 10. Parapet mounted flood lights and associated wiring and conduits. B.
