Project: Heritage Operations Group Sunny Acres Nursing Home 19130 Sunny Acres Road Petersburg, IL 62675 Replacement of; Combo: 19'3" x 7'-10" x 7'-6" Cooler: 9'-7 1/2 " x 7'-10" x 7'-6" Freezer: 9'-7 1/2 " x 7'-10" x 7'-6" Existing 2024 404a refrigerant condensing units will be reused. The project includes the removal and replacement of a Walk-in Cooler/Freezer Menard County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and reserves the right to waive any irregularity in bidding which, in their considered opinion, is warranted Bid shall be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after opening of bids without written consent of the Owner.
