Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Monticello, Indiana. Conceptual plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.

The City of Monticello, acting by and through its Board of Public Works & Safety, invites qualified parties to submit Proposals and Statements of Qualifications to develop, design, construct, and transfer a potential Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Expansion, as well as necessary upgrades to its Phase 5 Long Term Control Plan (LTCP) under a public-private agreement to be located in the City of Monticello, Indiana. The purpose is to identify qualified developers, contractors, or engineers capable of making certain improvements to the City's WWTP and associated system improvements within the city, with the final scope not yet completed. Offerors shall ensure that they have obtained complete sets of RFP/Q documents and shall assume the risk of any errors or omissions in submittals prepared in reliance on incomplete sets.
