The City is seeking to prequalify Contractors with active Contractor's License Class A and/or D-32 or other appropriate license classification in good standing with the State of California. It is essential that the contractor be experienced in playground renovation projects. It is also required to have the contractor to work in collaboration with other construction trades typical for such projects as noted below. Project consists of a playground renovation at La Cienega Park in City of Beverly Hills, which includes replacement of play equipment, new poured in place fall protection, various playground amenities, a perimeter fence, shade structures and playground area drainage improvements. The total square footage is approximately 12,000 SF. The playground consists of two distinct play area for Ages 2-5 years old and 5-12 years old connected with passive play area. The primary play equipment is by Kompan; will be furnished by the City and shall be installed by the contractor.
