Site work for a development in Conroe, Texas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a one-story above grade development.
Sealed proposals in duplicate one original and one electronic response on flash drive will be received for Project #26-11: Engineering Services for San Jacinto Watershed and Tributary Barrier Flood Mitigation for Stewart Creek, Lake Creek, and East County Projects. The project will be funded with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) FY2024 Economic Development Initiative - Community Project Funding Federal dollars and/or from the Community Development Block Grant Program. Compliance with 2 CFR Part 200, guidelines set forth in the Consolidated Appropriations Act, HUD Section 3, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goals, and various federal nondiscrimination, affirmative action, and equal opportunity requirements is required. The proposer must not discriminate in the performance of contracts and subcontracts financed with federal funds and must ensure maximum opportunity for DBE firm participation. Payment terms are net thirty (30) days after receipt of products, materials, services, or invoices, unless otherwise stated. The right is reserved to accept or reject any or all proposals, and to waive any informality in proposals received. All proposals received after the designated closing time will be returned unopened. It is the vendor's responsibility to monitor the purchasing website for addenda.
