The services required include survey, geotechnical services and construction material testing, hydrogeologist services, mechanical engineering, structural engineering, MAI certified appraisals, and parcel acquisition services. The City's staff will serve as the Engineer of Record for the projects. Project locations involve water well redrilling, new control building construction, generator installation, electrical upgrades at various water plant sites, and approximately 13,500 linear feet of 8-inch waterline rehabilitation at the Conroe Hospital area.
