Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Lansing, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

**As of December 30, 2025, the project was awarded to but the awarded amount is not available.** means the entire completed construction or the various separately identifiable parts required to be furnished under the Contract Documents. Work includes and is the result of performing services, furnishing labor and documents, and furnishing and incorporating materials and equipment into the construction, all as required by the Contract Documents. Sealed Proposals in response to this Request for Proposal ("RFP") will be received by the Board of Water and Light ("BWL")for furnishing of BESOC Generator. Proposals must be in full accordance with the enclosed Scope of Work. The BWL reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, waive irregularities or technicalities in any Proposal, and accept any Proposal in whole or in part, which in the opinion of the BWL, is in its best interest.
