Reference Number 0000403556 Bid Intent Not Available Lansing Community College (LCC) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to replace fifteen (15) chemical fume hoods in the science laboratories within the Arts and Science Building located at the Downtown LCC campus. Scope of work includes the removal of the existing fifteen chemical hoods which are currently installed on the fourth floor of the Arts and Sciences building. Vendor will be responsible for ordering new fume hoods and the installation of the hoods as outlined within the attachment 1: 251024 - LCC A&S Fume Hood Replacements -Specs and attachment 2: LCC A&S Fume Hood Replacements - Drawings. Question Deadline 11/18/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online Yes, The College will clarify, correct, or respond to any questions received at BVILLARREAL@star.lcc.edu OR via the online by the issuance of an addendum on online. The question-and-answer period represent the only avenue that Contractors have to raise concerns about the specifications and scope of work associated with this solicitation. In the interest of transparency, only written questions will be accepted. Anticipated Contract Start Date December 2025 Project Completion Deadline July 30, 2026
