Renovation of an office development in Lansing, Michigan. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a 1,200-square-foot, one-story above grade office development.
The requested services include Phases 300 - 700 Professional Architectural/Engineering services to renovate the existing C8 office space (~1,200sf) for new general office use, creating a conference room (8-10 people), a media/virtual learning room (1-2 people) for virtual training and meetings, a breakroom with kitchenette style, cubicle (hoteling space) using system furniture, two private offices, reconfiguration of the existing mechanical system (recently updated), reconfiguration of existing electrical and integration with system furniture, and coordination of FFE and office layout with SOM standards. If required, an asbestos report will be provided by SOM outside this scope of work. Questions that arise because of this RFP MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING to the issuing office no later than December 1, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., Eastern time (ET). If it becomes necessary to amend any part of this RFP, addenda will be posted on the SIGMA VSS website
