The Project consists of, but is not limited to, the following components: 1. Construction of a new Water Treatment Facility sourcing raw water from two new wells. 2. Construction of a new partially buried water storage tank. 3. Construction of a new Wastewater Treatment Facility 4. Infrastructure, grading, and road improvements Anticipated Contract Execution January 8, 2026 Anticipated Construction Start June 1, 2026 Anticipated Project Completion Date June 1, 2028 Question Deadline 11/14/2025 at 4:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No, Bidders Request for Clarifications and questions due via email to procurment@pitkincounty.com No Bid will be received unless accompanied by a cashier's, certified or bank check or a Bid Bond equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the Bid amount, payable to the Owner as a guarantee that after a Bid is accepted, Bidder will execute and file the Agreement and Performance and Payment Bonds within ten days after the Notice of Award. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the time set for opening Bids. The County reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality or technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous.
